Happy Endings for Kaya (now known as Miranda)

Kaya (Miranda) is the perfect addition to our family. It has been about
six months since we have had her and she is just all around the perfect
dog. She is extremely smart and easy to train. She is very eager to learn
new things. She loves other dogs and will play with them for a while, but
overall Kaya is more of a people dog. She loves fetch and a tennis ball
will keep her happy for hours.
We have recently started taking her into the mountains for backpacking and
she feels right at home. She loves the water and is learning to swim. She
has a little doggy backpack that she wears to hike in her own food and
water and it does not slow her down at all (not a lot does).
Overall, nothing could have made us happier. She brings us so much joy
everyday with her puppy playfulness and her excitement for life. I want to
thank you Britney for giving us this gift. We are truly thankful for all
the hard work and dedication you give to this wonderful cause and all the
love you have for these amazing animals.
