Happy Endings for Harley
Harley's Story
We adopted Harley January 2nd, 2010. She is the love of our lives and her
and the other dogs are getting along well.
It wasn't always that wonderful
though. We had many challenges throughout these past 6 months. We even
considered bringing her back to the rescue. No fault of her own, but between
the other dogs being mean and grumpy, and a few other incidents, we thought
that she might not have the best home here. With a lot of work and help from
trainers and vets, we finally were able to get her and the other dogs
together. Last month, we were able to leave them alone together!
Harley is a wonderful, gorgeous girl! She grows bigger every day and enjoys the other dogs' company. We are all so happy things worked out and it just goes to show that if you care, love, and have an open mind, things will work out the way they're supposed to!!
