Happy Endings for Drake
I just wanted to let you know how Drake is doing. He and Bella have
become really good friends, they play together all of the time. Drake has
been enjoying many bike rides, walks, trips to the dog park.
He sure does have a lot of energy. He also is a social butterfly at the dogpark, visiting all of the people and chasing the dogs. He is getting used to my son Xander, at first he didn't like Xander crawling on him, but now he lets Xander give him hugs. I think he just likes to clean up after Xander's meals. Drake listens very well, my husband thinks that he is too submissive. He even gets to go for walks out in the country off leash because he listens so well and stays close to us.
He has had a couple of accidents in the beginning, I think only because he didn't know how to tell us he needed to go out. He also needs to work on not jumping up. He loves to snuggle, which I really love. He is a great dog, and he fits in more and more everyday.
Hopefully I'll have some cute Chrsitmas pictures or something to send next email.
Thanks for helping us find such a great dog.
