Gunther is just a giant, squishy, teddy bear of a dog. When his pictures were being taken, he allowed several small children to climb all over him in the grass and gently took treats from them. Gunther was picked up as a stray so no prior information is available for him.
We think he is just about two years old. Gunther has been vaccinated and microchipped. He will be neutered as soon as possible. He seems to be friendly with people of all ages and other dogs. We have not yet tested him with cats but will report on that as soon as we know. This giant, goofy dog is just awaiting a second chance to be the loyal, steadfast companion that the mastiff breed is known for.
Please do your research before adopting a dog of this breed. We will require previous experience with large dogs before Gunther will be adopted.
