Happy Endings for Ginger
What a great 6 months it’s been. My new forever home adopted me in August of 2009. We got off to a “ruff” start when I came down with Parvo. Thank goodness my new family was watching me closely and took me to the vet. After 36 hrs in the vets care I got to come home again.
I love having my belly rubbed and playing with my squeaky toys. I am learning to play fetch and really enjoy having things thrown for me. (although I don’t always bring it back). My family is very patient and loving with me and I am gaining more freedom to roam around the house. I have my very OWN bed, but I do enjoy cuddling with my “girls” on their beds.
I LOVE chasing snow that is being shoveled in the back yard and will voice my disapproval if they stop too soon. I don’t like taking a bath or getting my nails trimmed but I am working on it.
